After a few week break following the ECKC event in Mosport REM now gets back to action as they head to the Coupe Du Quebec race this weekend in SRA Karting. REM will be travelling to the event in support of four drivers. All of these drivers are relatively new to the sport and are looking to gain knowledge and hone their skill sets to become a true force at the front of their respective categories. The 4 drivers that will be competing under the REM Banner are:
Wally Pollo – Wally has many years of experience and will be looking to take home the win in Briggs senior.
James Kouri – James, who is relatively new to the sport will be looking to gain knowledge from the REM specialists as his driving skills will be critiqued all weekend long.
Robert Jefferies – Coming off a strong run at Mosport, and competing in the top 5; Rob looks to bring home a podium finish and solidify his position as a front runner
Scott Jefferies – Scott, who again is very new to the sport is looking to gain much needed experience. He also came off a shoulder injury that forced him to sit out the weekend in Mosport.
Following the race at SRA, REM will then be heading to Goodwood to attend the BSRKC event and the club event, which serves as a testing race prior to ECKC. REM is looking to have a very large presence at the practice event to continue to show the karting world that REM is a force in the Canadian Karting industry. Following the BSRKC and Club event, REM will remain at Goodwood Kartways and partake in the 3rd and 4th rounds of the prestigious Eastern Canadian Karting Championships. REM would like to wish all of our drivers luck in the next three weeks of action!
